I have knowledge of the dot net framework I work mostly with C#. C# makes creating office applications easy. i can create an excel addon that can connect to the internet and be able to add the data from the various sites that you need. This can be done through API's . The apis enable the system to connect to the website servers and make a query on the available zip codes. On receipt of the zip codes the system can validate that the zip codes are correct . From there add the zip codes with the distances. I would enjoy working on the project.
