Hi, I would like to do this project for you. I have a master degree in computer science and work for one of the major retailers in the uk as site analyst. I have extensive experience with retrieving data from all different kinds of databases including mysql, oracle and access. The point about coding is familiar to me as I deal with such issues on everyday basis. I davelop in VBA in Excel, which I believe is a perfect tool for this project acting as an intermediate between the db and outlook. You have to know that VBA in native to all MS Office products thus Excel and Outlook can communicate easily ex. to import contacts. I developed one projects where Excel check a specific subfolder in outlook tree of folders look for an unread email from a specific address and saves it off to a local drive to a dynamic folder driven by the currenty date. I'm sure i'll be able to complete your project with ease. Before accepting your project I would need to know the type of db my sql maybe and how the data is organises in tables is it just one table or a relation of tables?
