$750-1500 USD

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Python. Write the code for a bot that links it to a Steam Account and auto purchase items from the Steam Community Market ([url removed, login to view]) for prices that I input and items I input.
Must be compatible with the game csgo and tf2.
I don't care what language.
Price is negotiable, ~$400
Work should be done within a week.
Terms- you must understand the Steam API and help me fully set it up, and work through errors. A month of error help and "insurance". I will need to test the bot and be sure it's running before I pay you. Non-negotiable.
Pm me if you agree, and include details on time and money.
