I have created a complex web application built with Java and the Spring Framework, and I need to create a java GUI application for Desktop computer users that reproduces this existing web application's functionality.
What I need is a prototype GUI project made with Eclipse and Java8, a project that will allow me to transfer the functionality I have already created using Spring into a Java8 GUI project.
I need my project to use a well constructed MVC pattern, and to have the functionality that the user can navigate through three or four different types of View screens within the application. Imagine that the application I have built is something like Facebook, where users log in and then post messages to one another using the application -- my application is nothing like Facebook but it does have many features similar to the messaging system Facebook has built. I do not need to have any kind of complex functionality built into the GUI application I am requesting you to build because I have already built that functionality in Spring. My requirement is that I need an Eclipse project that is easily extended so I can migrate my classes and functionality into the Eclipse project.
All I require is a bare-bones prototype project for Eclipse and Java8. I do not need any complex functionality, only an extensible project that I can very easily migrate my Spring project into.

Hi... Eclipse does not contains GUI designer (you need plugin); from other hand, Netbeans have a very good GUI designer; I have built many apps using Netbeans. I can help you with that. best wishes ...
