Build a CV / Resume parsing softwar

Hi We are looking to build a CV/ Resume parser for our website. Specification: 1. CV / Resume parser should work for all formats of resume, like doc, pdf, etc. 2. Maximum accuracy is expected out of the parser. No less than 95% accuracy is accepted. 3. Resume parsing to be as fast as possible. 4. Should also support if adding resumes in bulk, for eg, 1000's of resumes. 5. Any language is welcome, but preferably C sha will be better. 6. There are various other fields which needs to filled matching our website profile. structure.
