I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using Python.I want a cli app, I give it a torrent file and it returns a list of the peers and seeders IPs, basically all the IPs I c when I open the file with a torrent client like bittorrent. 1. must run on Windows and Linux. 2. pythonic commented code. 3. abl to start right away. 4. good command of English. 5. there's a bonus for quick delivery of a quality working code. 6. type pythonic in the beginning of your bid.
