Chromium/Firefox branch

I am looking for a developer with experience of Chromium and/or Firefox source code who would be able to branch the code for a custom build of both browsers. Candidate(s) need to have strong knowledge of the codebase including privacy settings, cookie settings, html5 local storage settings, addons/extensions, search engine settings and homepage settings. Candidate(s) would also need to setup the code repository either on svn/github or launchpad for the branch. Candidate(s) would be commissioned to build the source with the changes for Linux, Windows and OSX (32bit and 64bit builds).
