I have a great experience in software packaging (more that 2 years experience in international IT company which creates msi packages for client from all the world, but I`m new in freelance and my rationg is little). Your installer can be made as msi file. Can you clarify if this package should install all 3 browser extention (internet explorer, chrome and firefox) in one time?
