Hello, I would not recommend C or C++ for such a task. I would use a Perl script to emulate a browser interacting with such a site and parse the HTML returned for data. Perl has much better public domain modules for such a task and C or C++. My fee when consulting through this site is US$30/hr. However, since you have posted this project requesting a fixed budget for the task, I will need to know which site you require data scraped from and a description of all data required. Then, I will revise my bid with a budget for the task. This bid will be for the script only. After I deliever the script, it will be your responsibility to access the site to run the script to extract data.
