Windows desktop software and accompanying Android mobile app

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Java. I need a windows desktop software and an accompanying android mobile app. We are a distributor from India. We buy products from the companies and sell it to retail and wholesale shops. The desktop application is for the office staff and the android app is for the person taking order from the customer. The desktop application is for : Entering purchase invoice and sales bills The mobile application is for : Entering and sharing with the desktop application customer order(which should be easily imported to have a sales bill in the desktop application with necessary changes). It should also have the provision to enter customer payment details and view customer payment history. You can use Google drive for cloud storage and synchronization. The windows desktop application should have the following capabilities: 1) Enter and save the purchase invoice. 2) Enter, save and print the sales invoice. 3) Make sales invoice from the customer order received from the mobile app. 4) Enter and save the supplier details. 5) Enter and save the customer details. 6) Enter and save the product details. 7) Enter and save our firm details. Our firm details should include: 1) Name 2) Address 3) Contact details 4) GST Number 5) Bank A/c Details 6) Google drive details The supplier and customer details should include the following: 1) Name 2) Address 3) Contact details 4) GST Number 5) Amount in credit / debt 6) Payment History The product details should include the following: 1) Name 2) Code 3) HSN Code 4) CGST% 5) SGST% 6) IGST% 7) Opening stock 8) Closing stock 9) Unit- Pieces / Kg / Case / Bag 10) Buying price per unit 11) Selling price per unit The purchase invoice should have the following features: 1) Supplier Name prediction ( when a few letters are entered). Other details should be auto populated. 2) Invoice date 3) Invoice number 4) Category / Form Number 5) Product Name (should have word prediction from within the saved products. If the product name has multiple words, each word should be included for prediction. But must show the full name with the typed letters highlighted.) 6) Quantity 7) Price (excluding taxes) 8) CGST, SGST, IGST, should be automatically filled (the % and value) from details of the product already saved. 9) Final Price of the product 10) Total CGST, SGST and IGST for the invoice 11) Total amount of the invoice. 12) Provision for minor adjustments. The sales invoice should have the following features: 1) Customer Name (with above mentioned prediction features) 2) Bill Date 3) Category / Form Number 4) Bill Number should be automated 5) Product Name (should have word prediction from within the saved products. If the product name has multiple words, each word should be included for prediction. But must show the full name with the typed letters highlighted.) 6) Quantity (should show the unit already saved for the product) 7) Price per unit (excluding taxes) 8) Total price (excluding taxes should be auto calculated). 9) CGST, SGST, IGST, should be automatically filled (the % and value) from details of the product already saved. 10) Final Price of the product 11) Total CGST, SGST and IGST for the invoice 12) Total amount of the invoice. 13) The bill should be having option to '' Print and Save '' or "Save only". The print should have the following details (automatically taken from previously saved places) : 1) Our Firm Name at center 2) Firm Address at center 3) Our GST Number at top left 4) Bill Date at top right 5) Bill Number below date 6) Customer Name 7) Customer Address 8) Customer GST Number 9) Delivery charges if any 10) Declaration as per the bill form number. 11) Other necessary details from the bill should be included in the print. 12) Print font should be friendly to dot matrix printer. It should have a feature to view (for the time period entered) : 1) Product wise purchase 2) Product wise sale to ( Retailer/ Wholesaler/ Both) 3) Supplier wise purchase 4) Customer wise sale It should be able to export as an excel file the following: 1) Purchase invoices 2) Sales Bills For the entered time period It should have the following additional features: 1) Password protection for the application 2) Provision for automatic local backup for every 30 minutes and at the exit of application. 3) Provision for automatic cloud backup everyday at exit of application. 4) Provision for manual backup to cloud and local. The Android app should have the following features: 1) Enter and share with the desktop application the order received from the customer. 2) Enter and share with the desktop application the payment by the customer. 3) View customer payment history and outstanding amount. 4) View customer’s past order details. The order from the customer should have the following details: 1) Customer Name (should autosuggest as in the previous case). It would be great if it was possible to automatically enter the customer name from GPS location. 2) Product name (should autosuggest as in the previous case). 3) Product quantity (should show the default unit as saved in the desktop application). 4) Price per unit including taxes ( should have provision to change in the desktop application). The payment made by the customer should have the following details: 1) Amount 2) Payment mode- cash / cheque / bank transfer 3) Date should be auto filled. The payment history should have the following details: 1) Date 2) Amount 3) Payment Mode 4) Outstanding amount The app should have the following additional features: 1) Application lock 2) Backup automatically everyday to the cloud 3) Backup automatically every 30 minutes (when the app is working) to local SD card. You should provide the source codes of the desktop software and the mobile application and agree to our use of this product for commercial purposes including but not limited to sale or lease to our affiliates or any other third party, with or without modifications and credits.
