I need a simple code on Delphi 7 that will change the duration of a wave file. For example, if the duration of a wave file is 3 seconds long, I should be able to re-arrange the duration to another length such as 4 secs or 2,5 secs etc. I need the code immediately.

hi, I've ever made software that processes .wav files in Delphi 7 before. If you're really interested I could do your project. Also, If you feel like I can do it WITHOUT you AWARD it to me. What I mean is that I could make the code and send you the executable file so you can try it out before you award me your project. Of course, If you happen to like the result then you award me your project to receive the source code and make the payment.
