Hi, Can you send me more details on how do you are thinking to deliver the juice from the tank. I can do all the circuit design from the circuit to the software that collect and send the copy to your client. We can get the measurements using flow sensors or they are too costly I can think on alternatives according your requirements. The first step is to lookup the components, after that get the components to develop the firmware and software. The way I'm planning to do it is control the system using your android smartphone (Android) or a pc. Depending on the qty of valves and sensors they can be controlled my one or more microcontrollers or even by using the esp8266 wireless module. The fine details will come up during the design phase.
