My wife made notes for our daughter in this memoires online software. She has the backup file but is unable to open it because she no longer uses the service. She now wants this to be turned into a PDF (or other) file that we can see on our computer. The backup file is now a zip file but opening it turns into .db3, .bak, and .v0 files and we are unable to view anything.
