I am Tulio Américo Luna Fuentes a computer systems engineer. I have extensive experience in programming, technical support, database administration, network administration and IT coordination and virtual courts.
From my experience I can mention: design, development and maintenance of automated systems of the Constitutional Chamber, managing databases in Lotus Notes and network. Also I provided Technical assistance to the modernization project of the Supreme Court of Justice and the World Bank. Design over twenty programs follow case management, develop in Lotus Domino 8, automated statistical and administrative applications, use of anonymous electronic voting system called Option Finder and technical assistance in videoconferencing.
My professional training includes a specialization in Okinawa, Japan from January to June 2009 in the course entitled: Web applications development (open source) for e-government promotion which game me the ability to develop web applications with Japanese quality.
