cant login / www content not available - dedicated server

i have a hetzner ds3000 dedicated server.

it was working properly till yesterday.

i am currently using some domains for image hosting only.

and last thing i did was upload some images for my auctions.

now i get

error 403 """You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."""

on one of my domains and i cant fetch emails or access FTP for the domain either. this is something simple like over quota, etc.

i cant do this myself as i have lost the password for the ispconfig webinterface.

please check the non-working domain and fix it.

also make sure the same thing wont happen for the other domains.

if possible find out the ispconfig password and user.
