PrintNonStop company is developing our services and we are looking for IT Support Partners in various regions of Czech Republic who could support and help our Customers in Czech Republic to configure our software. Our Software is installed remotely and collects network and USB printers counters, supplies and alerts data. But sometimes there is a need to explain the procedure, steps and safety aspects to the Customer, to go to the place for installation when it is needed or sometimes to assist our Sales people. You should have at least minimum knowledge about TCP/IP address and computer subnet, of operating systems such as Windows, MAC OS or Linux. To know how to set up a printer device, to configure a subnet for it, WI-FI or scan to an e-mail. You should be able to service the Customer on phone or at Customer’s workplace within the prescribed timeframe. We will support you with everything else.
Our dedicated team is expert in installation over remote computers. We are available in different times as required by you and your customer. Will provide some extra service to you.
