Cold Calling/Telemarketing for Real Estate Appointments

We are a residential real estate office located in San Diego, California. We are seeking telemarketing services to cold call areas of San Diego to set appointments using a "Just Listed" script that works something like this, "Hello Mr. Homeowner, did you know that your neighbor just listed their home for sale? (Provide additional info on the subject house). Do you know anyone interested in buying that home? Would you be interested in a free home evaluation?" The objective is to find homeowners interested in selling.
We will be providing a triple dialer (Mojo) and the daily lists to call, and of course, the script. Must have experience in cold calling/telemarketing. Experience with dialers is a bonus. Must have excellent English speaking skills with minimal local accent preferable. This is a full time position. Must make calls between the hours of 8am and 9pm Pacific Time Zone. There is a base pay of $5-10/hour (depending upon experience) plus bonuses paid for each appointment set.
