**Please use the template, fill in the relevant tables and transcribe from here. Below are the instructions to be followed by a transcriber**[Instructions:- (Note that text is colored red for readability, not for coloring fonts in the file.) Use Times New Roman font with font Size =[url removed, login to view] Template Properties (Alt+F+I) enter the name of the file in Title, also check if Author and Company are Shinra. In Page Setup (Alt+F+U) check for Top: 1”; Bottom: 1”; Left: 1”; Right: 1”; Gutter: 0”; Gutter position: Left. Enter the details in tabular column on the first page like File Name; Transcriber; Length of File, etc. and do not change anything on the left-hand side of the tabular column. Use the time format [0:00:00]. For 62:35 use [1:02:35]. Always use time stamps in conjunction with [Inaudible], [Indiscernible], and [Phonetic]. For example: [Indiscernible] [0:01:08]. For Phonetic, bold the word/words that is phonetic. Eg. Peter [Phonetic] [0:00:08] Don’t use bolded words or [?] or enclose words in square brackets without the word Phonetic and the appropriate time stamp. For interview format files, use speaker names if provided, else use Interviewer: and Interviewee:If you cannot specify names for discussions and focus group, use Male/Female Speaker 1:Male/Female Speaker 2: and so on. If you are not sure of male or female, use Speaker 1:Speaker 2: and so on. Recognize the voice and use appropriate number to the voice. Please avoid Ms. and so on for any speaker tag. After every period (.) and colon (:) use two spaces. But please remove space/spaces at the end of the paragraph after the period or after the question mark whichever is applicable. To do this for the entire file use Ctrl+H, and replace [. ^p] with [.^p] and select replace all, which will effectively remove the space at the end of the paragraph in the whole file. Justify the whole document using Ctrl+A+J. For change of thought use – (Ctrl+minus key on the number pad) instead of ellipsis (...). Please don’t start the next word in the sentence with a capital letter after a ‘change of thought’. For paragraphs ending with ‘change of thought’ use –. or–? for questions. Avoid using the words ‘coz,gonna,wanna, kinda,umms, ahhms, etc unless explicitly requested. Please also use proper english phrase is it is not properly phrased in the audio. Remove the double words.
