Assessment Documents

Hi, I would like someone to write for me several assessment documents. The templates I have created which be used for the assessment are attached. For each of the assessment items I have added the all elements of competency that need to be addressed under the title 'Elements of Competency'. These elements of competency needs to map to a competency matrix which I have also provided. Additional I require candidate feedback forms (templates) for each of the items of assessment. Of course high level of english proficieny is required. It also expected you strong understanding of Information Technology. Any question please free to ask. Thank you
