booking hotel reservation

hi i looking for a hotel reservation system (want a flexable system that allows our clients to pre-book and pay money to us for hotel booking ) We just need a simple system that allows our client to choose a hotel and specify date for check in and check out then pay us the money i? need a script that contains the following: 1-We can add/delete hotel names and hotel fares through an admin area. 2-Script should be able to lead the customer for payment pages. 3-The script can book for a hotel without checking the availability.
