I have an adult wmv file. I need you to take 15 seconds of consecutive footage and put in on a webpage (link) that most cell phone users can view. The purpose is so that cell phone users can view this video from a link. This project may also include converting to a cell phone friendly file format. There is no web design required, but I dont know if this sort of thing needs a player or not.
