Create Youtube ready video from avi Flip files

I have 13 files, ranging from 7 seconds to 8 minutes . I want these edited into a single video ready for posting on YouTube. I will ask you to replace the audio tracks by a unique song for the whole video. It is storyboarded. You will have to: - cut, merge some parts, - insert texts, - add watermarks or if possible insert a clickable link on the video (please notice if it is possible on your bid!).
