I need to reduce a large video file, 500mb into a file format that is playable on android and iphone mobile devices (MP4 format). target file size should be about 30mb maximum, without much loss to video and audio output quality. I am located in a slow internet area, and need this done as soon as possible. Emphasis should be on file size (30mb max) and output quality. Successful bidder will be given a link to download the original file.
