I have many hours of video which I shot while old 16mm films were playing. My frame rate is something like 58 FPS; I'm not even sure what the standard frame rate of 16 mm films is, but I want a script which will "watch" the video, recognize the best video frame available for each original frame of the 16mm film and string together these best video frames, perhaps blending frames, adding stabilizers and / or anything else that can maximize image quality.
