Hello, Converting SD to HD is basically not possible. All one can do is to clean the noise, recolour, make the final image look sharper, and of course increase the number of pixels to get a larger image. If you like you can send me your file and I can process it in after effects doing denoise, .... then if you are happy with the result you can pay me. I will do the work only on a small piece for now. I know what you would like to have done. The thing is I can convert your video size from SD to HD. However, You aren't going to gain quality. But, I can increase the bitrate for the file size so that you aren't losing quality once it is upconverted. The best thing you can do is add some sharpening and noise reduction once it is upconverted. The objective is to maintain what you have and enhance it after you upconvert.
