Create and promote small videos

I need someone to take articles from our blogs and create simple "Storyline" type movies from them by adding simple graphics, transitions and music as well as links at the end of the movies to the articles themselves. Each movie will be about 45 - 60 seconds maximum Each movie will need to be submitted to minimum of 25 movie directories with descriptions and tags (appropriate to the movie) as well as links back where possible to the article. We will provide between 10 and 50 of these per week. Reply with this text "I will create the movies and submit them" . Also, you are quoting on a "per movie" basis. We may send you 15 per week or it may be 50 but we have to be charged the same amount PER MOVIE for creating and submitting it.
