We need a dedicated technical staff for our support department who works only on our helpdesk tickets, handles clients chats and monitors our servers. If required, the dedicated tech shall handle server admin tasks and pre-sales tasks too for us. The technical support is for a hosting company that provides web hostings, VPS, Dedicated Servers and similar services. Phone/Helpdesk And Livechat Support Guaranteed 30 minutes response time Guaranteed 6 hours resolution time Proactive Server Monitoring Instant Server Reboots Immediate Escalation To DataCenters Handle all types of Issues ranging from Level I to Level III Installing and configure new servers Server load spike isolation and load reduction Installation of third party software and scripts Security Audit and Server Hardening Kernel tweaking/upgradation Software patches and upgrades Basic pre-sales questions handled Needs to have great experience in: - cPanel / WHM - Plesk - Odin / Virtuozzo - WHMCS - Linux and Windows Servers - VPS and Dedicated Servers - Shared Hosting - Wordpress, Joomla and other typical scripts. Will manage phone calls, tickets and live chats for the support department 7 hours by day, (from monday to friday) and 5 mixed hours in saturday/sunday for emergency issues. Total 40 hours by week. We have available position for part time techinicians (10 or 20 hours by week).
