Attached is a list of approx 600 Glazing/Window Companies in Australia.
Take this list and put the information into an excel spreadsheet with one row for each company.
If any information is missing from the list, do web and/or phone research to complete all the fields:
Fields (columns) are:
Company Name,Mailing Address,Suburb,Pcode,State,Work Ph,Website,Email,Sales Manager Name,Double Glazing?

An example row for the first company in the attached list:

It is *very* important that the mailing address, suburb, pcode and state fields contain the correct information in the format as per the example above.
The email is the general sales email for the company - usually sales@ or info@, but check the website or call to find it out if you need to.
The info for the field "Sales manager name" is not in the attached list and will need to be found via web research or a phonecall. (Don't bid if you are not prepared to make phone calls). I need the first and last name of the person responsible for sales and/or marketing at the company.
The "double glazing?" field is Yes or No depending on whether the company supplies double glazing - if this info isn't obvious from the attached list then check the website or call them up.
