My problem is I am doing by myself marketing, ordering, answering emails, answering or returning calls, packing orders just everything.
I am looking for someone to answer emails and reply to phone calls. With the calls there will be a standard questionnaire and you would inform I will be calling back within 24 hours. With emails again a standard questionnaire and I will make contact once received. You will create files for each person and store in a folder to send me daily. Once you are confident you will be able to return calls and emails but for now send to me name. Each folder will have a name and contain the completed questionnaire.
You would need to be available during business hours and bill me hours worked each week. You might spend 3 to 4 hours a day 5 days a week and the more we grow more hours. THERE ARE ZERO SALES OR OUTBouND PHONE CALLS. The potential client contacts us, we have them fill out QUESTIONNAIRE and return for you to create a file. You send that file to me and I make contact then.
This is an Australian domestic site so must have fluent Aussie accent prefer someone health medical industry.
