I need to convert an entire stand alone project done in VB6 with Visual componets Formula One and First Impression to C # language. The project has class, modules, forms, own controlers and XML files (Total of 380 files). The software has not data base connection, the I/O are from formated files mostly.

I know both VB6 and C# very well. I have been a programmer for 20 years started out heavily in VB and moved to C# . I have transitioned many a program over from VB to C#. Do you want additional functionality added to the program? Or do just want a re-write? How big is the program now? I am bidding right in the middle (500) because I am not sure of the size of the program yet? How many lines of code? Existing functionality? etc... Look forward to hearing from you, David Ricci
