The project consists of 2 parts:
1. Advice me which hardware (ISDN-card etc) to buy to handle part 3 of this project.
2. Advice me how to install Asterisk on the machine.
3. I want an Asterisk program on a Windows XP/Vista machine, that interfaces to a ISDN-2 card. The program walks through a text file which consists of thousands of telephone numbers in Europe, 1 per line; each number should be called, and as soon as it is clear whether the number exists or not, the call should be cancelled (before someone actually answers), and the result (a Y or N depending on whether the numeber exists) should be written next to the telephone number in a log file.
The program should be using both isdn lines simultaneously, to be as fast as possible.
4. I also want the code of the Asterisk script.
