Bluetooth network Piconet / Scatternet in VB.NET

I am looking for a VB.NET project that creates a bluetooth piconet with the ability to connect to other piconets - Creating a larger mesh network. Each host in the Bluetooth network must be able to connect to up to 7 other hosts, where the software automatically assigns Master/slave allocations. If a master host disconnects, a slave will automatically become a master. Each piconet must be able to talk to hosts up to 16 hops away - eg. reroute the data through hosts that are in between. Each host will have 2 types of data exchanged: - Text string for queries etc that will be broadcast to all hosts in the piconet only - File transfer - Object exchange that will be directed to a single host If 2 hosts are not connected directly but share a common host, the common host will receive and re-transfer the data to the final host. This is a simple network where multiple PC's with bluetooth will connect in a piconet and scatternet environment and communicate with each other. Use of 32feet or other VB bluetooth modules are fine if they are open source and free to use for commercial purposes.
