Hi Everyone, I'm looking for efficient programmers or statistician or mathematician who can also do programming for developing a simple tools that has to do forecasting based on the Holt Winter's Triple Exponential Forecasting model and also Box Jenkins ARIMA forecasting model. Who ever think that they are proficient & can complete this project successfully can bid for this project.
