Phase 1. Write System Requirement Specification for the existing system developed on MS Access and describe additional system functionality (2 days).
Phase 2. Write System Development Specification for the existing system with the new functionality included.
Phase 3. Modify the exisiting MS Access system by adding additional DB tables/fields and functionality:
- User login
- Client requests tracking process
- Project approval feature
- Consultant performance calculation
Phase 4. Project likely to be extended and post-implementation support will be required during production transition phase.
