Community Website

Hi I am looking to get a local community Portal website for my area to expand. I would like all the functionality of this reference site but not a clone of any of the code or look: [login to view URL] The site should have a good professional look to it too. There needs to be all the similar advertising features to the reference site but also many banner options too. In the business directory in the site, there should be an option to show video-photo slideshow audio and text listing for each person who takes up an advertising option . For the advertising options, I should be able to edit each one of these simply in the admin section to change packages such as amount of photos-text-videos-audios etc are allowed. All advertisement options should link to PayPal. There should be a safe forum in the site. Many video and photo modules too. All the URL's should be Google and search engine friendly, there should be areas in admin to edit the meta keys etc for all listings. Full site instructions should be provided. All the same names will be used for tabs as the reference site and tabs should be easy to add or remove as required. Additional information can be supplied upon request but please do not bid if not interested or capable of finishing on time. I would be glad to see any such work as above. Have a few joomla Rocket theme templates in mind too so all options are possible depending on experience. There also needs to be a property section module within the site which needs to be very professional allowing rich content. Regards and thanks, Mike
