Christian Church Website Dynamic

Purpose 1. To inform people either in the area or coming to the area about the church. 2. To engage with people who may access the site in response to church literature. 3. To provide sermons (Audio) as a free resource (we could expand the resources available to include things like theological papers written by the preacher or others, Powerpoint slides produced for YP, Christianity Explored handouts, Christian Basics handouts, etc.). Design 1. Contemporary and professional i.e. good quality pictures/audio/videos/graphics. 2. Simple and uncluttered layout (make it easy for people to navigate around the site) 3. Easy to maintain e.g. weekly upload of sermons (Audio). 4. Communicate warmly & evangelistically whilst seeking to avoid unnecessary jargon. The site will be updated regularly, and this will be done by more than one person. For this reason, we will need a superuser admin, with the ability to create roles and users with varying permissions and access to the admin section. There will be a number of dynamic sections that need to be easy to use from an admin perspective. These will be: 1. Audio Upload 2. Video Upload 3. Up-Coming Events 4. Important notices 5. Blog (possibly) Areas such as Video and Audio, will need the option to categorise and archive. The site needs to be built with expandability in mind. We don't mind open source CMS, but it needs to be appropriately customised in the back end also, so that only applicable features appear. We may consider the purchase of a template for the design, but expect your bid to cover a bespoke design should be desire this. The first is a little more media orientated than we are looking for, but hopefully will give an indicator of design.
