Customize a Theme for a site to be built using Weebly site builder

We are lonking for a web developer/designer to help us customize a theme for a site to be built using weebly site builder. The theme should be very simple, for an online business directory. One the main page, company logo/image along with a link and short description will be presented. (Business directory image) Link to this should either take the user directly to the listed company mobile site or show company details as in Any Town City Scape image And finally, an option for companies to contact us by email and request our listing services.
