Designer to make Drupal Theme

We are looking for a web designer who can create us a Drupal theme.

I will give you a briefing but I need a designer who can understand individual customer needs and has own ideas & initiative. The site should look clear, simple and professional and is for a writer.

I have a graphic that gives the colour scheme & font and I can also provide two example websites.

Following keywords should describe the future site: creative, considerate, intelligent, receptive, clear, helpful.

The website only needs to hold a few static pages and a blog, the format will be two columns - one large content area and a smaller column on the right side, the login area will be hidden. The site will possibly hold some boxes as well.

Whenever you place a bid, please let me know if the theme you create will allow me to use all Drupal blocks & functions so we can still potentially expand in future.

Also send me a few example Drupal sites you have DESIGNED and other artwork, if you have.

The price you bid has to include a finished Drupal theme I can just install on our existing site, all royalties for photos/graphics. All graphics have to be delivered parallel in psd format and high resolution.

Please also make suggestions how you think we should approach this project in order to manage possible changes - your first design might not be what we need right away!?
