Adult Website Design Needed (Password Subscription Setup)

I am looking for a simple adult website design. Here are the details: The website will be video based. I will need the page designed (including logo). The videos will be seen on the main page, however, I need a CMS or something that will not allow the videos to be played until the visitor signs up. I will be using CCbill as my credit card processor. Once they pay, I need to have an id/password generated that allows the user to login and view the videos. Please have AIM, Yahoo Messenger, or ICQ to be able to communicate with me on this project.
