Basic Website Required

I'm looking for a basic website for Time Management course and books. Site is essentially to capture names and email from people who are looking to learn about Time Management ... So - lead generation site. The front page will feature a Free book in order to capture names and emails which will go into aWebber account - and then we will send them to the download page ... For SEO and Google Adwords - the site will need to satisfy Google requirements (not a squeeze page), andwill have About us, and other pages ... Ideally, will be CMS so that we can add more content pages later too ********************** Please Note ****************************** To qualify, I want you to send me a very basic front page mockup of the design that you have in mind. We can work out the finer details shortly ... I dont have time to review dozens of bidders portfolios. If you send me your portfolio, then I know that you have not read my brief, and cant follow instructions. I only want to work with you if you are prepared to show me what you have. I have registered the domains, and have nothing done yet - no logo, no colors ... you show me what works! - no point asking me what colours I want cause I'm not the graphic artist.
