CSS valid ONE PAGE!

Hello YOU MUST BE A PROFESSIONAL AT CSS CODING! I need a CSS professional that can make a ONE page layout for me. It must be valid from the W3C site. I have already designed the page which you can see here [login to view URL] and the images, html file and stylesheet are in the attached zip but it will need re-coding from scratch so that it is better coded and valid. The main problem I have is that even though I made the page, it is not entirely in css as it uses tables, and there is an error with my page as the footer does not move down with the text. REQUIREMENTS: 1. The page must have a fixed width and centered. The banner width should be 850px and the shading for the borders on each side are 20px in width each. This makes the page total 890px. 2. The page height must auto-resize so that the footer is always at the bottom of the browser window. 3. The background image must repeat-x 3. I need the following sections/containers/divs whatever you call them as shown on the site: a) navigation where i can place my own navigation (this is on the left vertically) b) Content area where the text area is - this will of course go over the background image at the bottom. c) news section - vertiaclly on the right. For the end result I need: 1. A htm file and external stylesheet that is coded well and has all the required images as shown in the example. 2. The htm and stylesheet must be valid from W3C, ideally accessbility valid also. If you do cut up the image header, then i will need the photoshop or fireworks original files. My objective is that once you have created this perfect page, i will learn from your example htm and stylesheet so that I can make other pages myself. Thanks Rakesh
