Customise prestashop homepage

This is an very small project . I need somebody to build and implement 3 floating images , on the homepage of website. One for facebook , one for feedback , and another one . I will show the exact example on private message . Also can be seen an example on [login to view URL] , the feedback button The website is using prestashop , custom theme. Also I will provide the link on private message . All milestone will be payed at the finish on the project . Bad experience . Thanks
