Customize Wordpress.COM hosted site CSS Coding

I have a [login to view URL] hosted site (NOT a normal Wordpress job) that needs to be improved. I am looking for about 5 hours of work to customize and beautify the CSS look of the site - improve the menus, header, background, fonts etc. The site is already hosted on [login to view URL] and just needs some new design elements. This is NOT hosted on an independent server. This is a [login to view URL] CSS adjustment only!!!! Not a normal Wordpress cut and design site. Need someone who knows [login to view URL] !!!! NOT Wordpress. No NEWBIES!!!
