Design company identity+ moonfruit website

We're a well-being holiday company working on our company identity. We need a graphic designer to create logo + branding, and also to create our website through our moonfruit account (which we already have, including domain registry). We have already done all the work in terms of market target and segmentation, and also have all the website content and photos ready. Please give examples of your portfolio, prices for the whole package and time frame for the entire work.
