Design for iOS App - Navigation

This project posting is for the design of our Navigation iOS app (iPhone and iPad). The app is just about done finished being programmed and now we are looking for a skilled designer to make a beautiful UI. If you just happen to have some experience in Photoshop and are looking for a quick buck, then this job is not for you! We are looking for people with top notch experience, ones that Apple, Google, or other Fortune 500 companies would use their work. This project posting is for a complete UI for the app, that included everything the app will ever display so your PSD submissions should have layers of all possible ways the app could be doing something.
Our iOS app is a navigation app for college campuses, corporate campuses, and other contained, large areas. Features included are a guided tour, virtual tour, and other navigation options.
The design should be created in Photoshop and be designed as vectors or for twice the size of the latest device's (iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, and iPad 3) resolution. For example, the iPhone 5's resolution is 1136px x 640px. You should supply PSDs designed to work with a screen of 2272px x 1280px. The iPad 3's resolution is 2048px x 1536px. You should supply PSDs designed to work with a screen of 4096px x 3072px.
Eye candy is a must for this app. For instance, when a chrome color effect is used in the design, you must provide many different states for the button. When the user tilts the device, it can cycle through the different states, resembling if it were actual metal. Video examples: [url removed, login to view]

Fluent, clear, English language skills are a requirement.
We have created 5 sketches of what the app might look like if we were the designers. We do not expect you to use our ideas. They will just be provided to you if you would like to see them for reference.
