Designer required as addition to team

My design team is having trouble coping with the demand just lately , We have a number of part finished projects that need attention. Some are from Mock need building to site, others are minor changes within a site. All PSD will be provided. I want people who work fast and efficient if this is you apply within. You will bill me by the hour for the time it takes you to complete the job not the time you desire. Please understand that I have been in this business for many years, I understand how long one task takes against another. If you work smart and cause me no headaches then prepare for more work. Ideally I need someone who can be available GMT working hours for communication. Apply within ! If you want your bid to sell your services my advice is give m estimated time scales it would take you to conduct certain tasks.
