Develop page (UI) for existing web site (buy page)

Basically we offer user to register account but registration is paid. User can register his account for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. For 3 months he gets 10% discount, for 6 - 20% and 12 - 30%. I want to use vertical accordion to let users switch between steps. The first step is to let user select duration. For that purpose I want to use horizontal slider. Please check this screen shot: [login to view URL] The second step is to let user select payment method. I want to use horizontal layout. There will be PayPal, WebMoney, Payza and Perfect Money. On the right side we will have description for each payment method. This is Russian sample but you should get the idea: [login to view URL] The third and last step is to ask user to provide email and password two times. There should be pay button at the end. Finally, I may need some small popup window for error messages.
