Shopping mall design

We need a brand new design for an internet mall that we are building. Attached is the layout and mockup idea we need. We need a graphic designer that will create this site with the specs at hand. Deliverables are the following:

1. Index Page for each master category

2. Category Detail Page

3. Product Listing Page

4. Product Detail Page

5. Shopping Cart Page

6. Login to my account page

7. All the pages related to shopping experience.

8. Any other pages that have to do with site. Privacy Policy, Contact Us .. Etc.. Please look at attachment.
