Build an Online Store

We understand in Drupal Commerce stie you developed you accept the credit card info but you want to store the the partial Credit Card info in your site until admin/site owner remove it. We can use 'commerce_cardonfile' module to store Card type, Cardholder name, Last 4 digits of the credit card number, Numeric expiration month and year . For removing the the CC stored info of a user, we will require custom module. PCI-DSS compliance would not require if you does not store more than first 4 digits and last four digits of the card. You may please provide your drupal commerce site access. Our Query: Are you using single payment gateway or multiple payment gateway? If you are using multiple payment gateway , please let us know what are they? Would you like to collect credit card information without using a gateway? Who is the client Owner of the store ?

I am a well experienced Drupal developer and I have a lot of experiences with the Commerce Module also. I working with Drupal for the last 5 year and have done numerous project for large companies but also for small merchants and startups. From what I see in your requirements it seems that you are uncertain how the CC approval process is done? In general you as the merchant will let a user enter his details on your site. But you should NEVER go and store these details locally. You will NOT be pci compliant if you do this ! And in case you get a hackers attack and the data is stolen but also a connection could be found to your site you will get a lot of trouble with the authorities and your bank ! What is possible is to store a so called "remote id" which will be given uniquely from the credit card gateway and which has the abilities to: - identify the combination of "Merchant-CreditCard" (so you and your buyer) - could not be reversed to the cc-no by a calculation - but the gateway has the data on file, which means you can you use the id to let a user "re-use" the card on a later transaction I would be happy to discuss the implementation details with you in person.
