We are a small team of professional guys with presence of almost 10 years on this platform and designing and developing websites with different requirements I have checked and understood your basic requirements and your estimation for the 3rd and 4th items is closer but it depends what you already have then adding this feature is not a problem but if doing it from scratch then it might be little less for that. For the survey forms and database, we had worked on similar requirements before although not exactly like yours but have an idea of how to code for anything to take a survey with multiple options. I just want to confirm that you/admin will add the survey and then registered users can fill the answers or is there any other structure? Though sending email after completion of survey is not a problem. Hello, I have understood and am very interested in doing your client side survey project. I have a few suggestions : Admin must have option to create as may surveys as needed - each with different questions and answers ofcourse. Answers can be numbers (rate 1, rate 2, rate 3 etc) or values (good, bad, ugly, high, low etc) - fully configurable by admin. We can make surverys time based if needed (for exams etc). We can also make surveys auto-expire (after a specified date and time etc). ===> I propose to build this on a PHP using MySQL as database. We have already built something similar for an Intranet based company project who take company wide tests every third saturday for their sales and technical support team. Hi Samuel, My quote is for all the things wanted(1-4). The 3 and 4 number requirements can be fulfilled with a ready made template if the things will be needed individually. But there is two custom(1,2) features you need to be developed. So the things cant be coded individually as there will be integration problems.
